Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

Our commitment

OffShift Second (“we”, “us”) builds tools for digital well-being. Privacy is central to our work. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

What we do not do

  • We do not read the content of your screen.
  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We do not use personal data for cross-app advertising tracking.

Data collection

Data collection is minimized. Most app functionality operates locally on your device. We do not require an account to use the core features of OffShift.

Cloud data

If you create an account or enable cloud features, the data stored on our servers may include: account information (such as email), subscription status, app settings, user-submitted feedback, diagnostics, and limited aggregated usage summaries if you explicitly enable them.

Infrastructure

Our backend service uses Supabase, hosted outside mainland China (initially in Singapore). Data is stored and processed in accordance with applicable laws.

Crash diagnostics

We may use Sentry for crash and error reporting to help us improve app stability. Crash reports contain technical information about the error and device state but do not include personal content.

Data deletion

You may contact us at any time to request the deletion of your account and associated data. Please email support@offshiftsecond.com with your request. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or our website.
