Account deletion

If you would like to delete your account and all associated data, please send an email to support@offshiftsecond.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request and confirm deletion within a reasonable timeframe.

Subscription management

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. To cancel or modify your subscription, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly.
