Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
Agreement
By using OffShift (“the App”) or any services provided by OffShift Second (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
App usage
OffShift is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or misuse the App. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
Subscriptions
OffShift may offer optional subscription plans that unlock additional features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Pricing and billing cycles are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payments and refunds
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests should be directed to Apple, as we do not have direct access to payment processing. You can request a refund through Apple’s support channels or your purchase history in the App Store.
No medical advice
OffShift is a screen-life awareness tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not intended to treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition including but not limited to addiction, anxiety, or attention disorders. If you have concerns about your mental health or screen use, please consult a qualified professional.
Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OffShift Second shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
